Visitors most commonly see mule deer, squirrels, wild turkeys, and lizards. If the house is not available due to fire, casualty, or any other cause beyond the owner's control, the owner's liability is limited to the return of the renter's deposit. Occupants of the house assume all risk of injury and release the owner and all other parties from any claims that relate to or arise from the use or occupancy of the house or the surrounding property.
