Some of the most famous of these natural formations are the Great White Throne, Angels Landing, and the Court of the Patriarchs, named for biblical prophets Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Grafton served as a backdrop for the scene in which Butch Cassidy (played by Paul Newman) rides a bike.
