Great getaway location, just seven miles from the entrance to Zion National Park. Great base camp for hiking or mountain biking. Nine golf courses within 40 miles. Ski at nearby Brian Head and golf in the same day.

Only 4 miles to the friendly town of Springdale, Utah with its many fine restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, post office and service stations.

Just half a mile, walking, to the nostalgic ghost town of Grafton, where many movies including "Butch Cassidy and the sundance Kid" were filmed.

If the house is not available due to fire, casualty, or any other cause beyond the owner's control, the owner's liability is limited to the return of the renter's deposit. Occupants of the house assume all risk of injury and release the owner and all other parties from any claims that relate to or arise from the use or occupancy of the house or the surrounding property.
